You pay only if you hire
Our fee is only due once a candidate starts.
Our guarantee

You only pay when it works.

You pay nothing unless you hire a candidate we present.
Your fee is due within 10 days after the candidate starts.
If the candidate leaves within the first 30 days, we run a replacement search or refund up to 100% of the fee.
Between days 31 and 60, a replacement search or a refund of up to 50%.
The guarantee applies when the invoice has been paid in full by the due date. Certain exclusions apply — full terms are set out in the fee agreement.
Our fee
20%
of total first-year cash compensation
Due within 10 days of the candidate's start date. Connecticut sales tax applies to placements located in Connecticut and is shown as a separate line item on every invoice.
